The Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control “Shirt Pocket Field Guide” is a quick-reference tool for the job site. It contains information on installation procedures and required maintenance for common BMPs used on construction sites in central Indiana. BMPs included are: dewatering, permanent seeding and sodding, erosion control blankets, check dams, stone construction entrances, and silt fences. The field guide also includes notes on pre-construction practices required by Rule 5, site inspection requirements, and job completion paperwork.
