Qualified Professional Inspector (QPI) Training is coming up on April 6th, 2018. Training will be held from 8 am – 2 pm in at the Clark County 4-H Fairgrounds. The QPI Training is required for compliance with construction NPDES permits. It is designed to assist developers, contractors, and governmental agencies in complying with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater General Permit for Construction by providing the training necessary to properly inspect erosion prevention and sediment control measures at construction sites and document inspections.
