The first SWAC meeting of 2016 will be on February 25th, 1:30 – 3 pm at the Clarksville Town Hall, 2000 Broadway Street, Clarksville, IN 47129, in the Executive Council Chambers on the 2nd floor. Discussion topics include formalizing 2016 SWAC initiatives, promoting an annual stormwater theme across the region, discussion on the Indiana MS4 Annual Conference coming up May 17th, changing regulators within IDEM, and how the MS4 Remand Rule affects Phase II MS4 communities.
