The draft Indiana NPDES Phase II MS4 and Construction Stormwater General Permits were released on November 25th, 2020 by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).  The public comment period for the Construction Stormwater General Permit ended on January 25th, 2021, and was extended until February 8th, 2021 for the MS4 General Permit. The SWAC submitted public comments on the Draft MS4 Permit. IDEM is currently preparing responses to each comment submitted during the public comment period. 

The state continues to await the release of the final permits for both the MS4 Program and Construction Stormwater.
