SWAC Presents a Workshop:

Working Near Waterways

This workshop is intended for anyone who designs or supervises work in or around waterways; whether you are a department head, foreman, developer, contractor, consultant, local official, etc.

The workshop will provide an overview on maintenance and construction activities or projects that may require a permit, as well as work that likely doesn’t require a permit. Other topics include recognizing wetlands and floodways, fill placement, and the permitting process, including 401 and 404 permits. Speakers from USACE, IDEM, and IDNR will be presenting.

*This workshop will provide 2 hours PDH credits for engineers.
